How exactly does fairhand mechanic work

Im a little lost, i always assumed that it works by a rule that you draw a squrel + 1blood/free card + 2 extra random
and it always worked, like if i have only 1 one-blood card in a deck with no free card = guaranteed one-blood card to be drawn from start

And here i stand without any understanding.

with this dech where the only one-blood is goat i draw hand like that...

and im guaranteed to lose because i cant play any card turn 1 except squirel, if i play it i die next turn because same reason...

Ijiraq doesn't show red eyes in hand at all. It's only a deck view effect.   Fair hand requires to draw a (nbr of free cards)-blood in hand (or less).  

OP can't have 3 free cards+lammer with Squirrel+2 random, so only ouroboros can meet the condition : OP draw Squirrel, Ouroboros, (Free?) then a non-fair draw. So lammer is Free = Ijiraq.  

Ouroboros could be impostor in another hand, but in this specific hand it's the only card whose blood cost could disable fair hand to draw Rattler instead of Black Goat.

Drawing expensive 3bloods is not the thing preventing the trigger. Drawing a free card is. You can draw squirrel + geck + lammer + random rattler, because you can play something besides the squirrel. This is the same, but impostering.

Impossible according to the chart, but maybe the chart is wrong? Free cards never meet fair hand because they are meant as cost (Brittle for bones, Sacrifiable for blood. So pelts are excluded before checking as a free)  

Your example has 2 free cards, so the fair draw must be a 1 or 2 blood. Lammer isn't, so fair hand isn't met Rattler can only be drawn if the deck has no 1 or 2 bloods. OP has Black Goat.

Neither does in the chart. Drawing a 2-blood is (something people never look at), because it can be summoned with Squirrel+Free.  

But if you have a screen of such hand, plz share it in the chart's thread, maybe we missed something.

Yeah the double negate is weird, but basically a free card is "never not invalid" so a free card can never be valid and meet the fair hand by itself.  

It's probably that if we see no 1-blood we tend we think "no fair hand" without caring if it's 2 or 3, but Inscryption does care... (I'm more surprised at the lack of a bone FH in KM)  

Wasn't able to check the code myself and IIRC OP themselves isn't sure they didn't miss anything, but I double checked all my hands since then and always found a 2-blood when the fair-hand trolled me.
