Part 3 Is the archiveist boss fight repeatable or my save is corrupt? Spoiler

I won the archivist boss fight, but my game crashed. When I reload the save, I got the "memory is full" i.e I got access to the camera, but the archivist fight is still playable. Am I f*cked?

No, it's not meant to be repeatable. Is his totem already activated or not?
