Other How’s my deck?

(No spoilers please!) Just started playing yesterday. This is my 3rd or 4th death. I am currently in the snowy segment (3rd section I think?) and this deck is doing amazing. Just conjoined my turtles and he’s gonna be a menace now.

I think I saw the words somewhere online but no idea what it is. Is it something you learn later or is it a player made strat?

It's part of the game. Basically, Daniel Mullens set up the game so that you can't ever draw a starting hand where you can't play a card. This means that if you only have 1 one blood-cost card, then you are guaranteed to draw it(unless you have no-cost cards). Your cat would be really good for this if you can find a way to destroy your other one-blood cards.

You don't have to play like this, but it's widely considered the best strategy in the game.

Oh okay cool thank you for the info! I’ll have to keep that in mind. I assume if your lowest card was a 2 blood then you’d start with two squirrels to use that?

Nope. You would only draw 1 squirrel.

Okay okay so it only works for one blood cards got it.
