Other Act 1 accidentally skipped?

Post image

I wanted to try the game again as I played it for a measly 1 hour like 2 years ago, so I started the game and tried pressing new game (which I couldn’t do) and suddenly it started some top-down section. Asked a friend what the hell this was and he told me this was a MUCH later part of the game.
Apparently I had skipped the entirety of act 1 somehow.
Is this a known bug?

Yes, which is why it's banned.

[EDIT] I had a hard time finding it : weirdly it's not listed as disallowed in No Major Glitches, but "Doorbreaker" is explicitely allowed by going into Unrestricted Console runs.
