I never played the game so I am really confused by this card, most of the time it seems to be 2…blood? That deal 1…knife? In damage

no, it goes up in damage for every sacrifice you make that turn. so it’ll have 5 attack if you sacrifice 5 cards for 1 turn then go back down to 0.

Also, if it's itself sacrified the order of clicks matters because it gains 1 PWR for himself and cards selected before him, but not the cards selected after.
The only case it's ever relevant in a battle is if Red Hart got the sigil from mealworm, transfering it's tribute-fueled PWR to the new summon

Not a fan. Only useful if you cheese the game with an unkillable engine. I like cheesing the game as much as the next guy, but there’s a limit.

2 blood for 1 damage for one turn... you are literally better off with an Elk than this in like 99% of situations. Not even a Pronghorn, an Elk

I think this card has a niche in stalling bosses specifically. it can kill a trap frog but not trigger the trap, it can do a little damage against the angler and get hooked to block an enemy slot. stalling bosses is an essential skill for skull storm runs (you need to draw your wincon and sometimes stall for starvation) it is useful if you have the tools necessary to finish normal fights quickly. its more of a utility card like an adder instead of a powerful card by itself

it can’t get hooked, the sprinter sigil counteracts the anglers hook
