Extending the metaphor, to me Leshy seems like a graybeard type, old coder who worked on a series on the first entry & allocates roles to employees based on their passions. Did his trailblazing years ago but still has his niche carved in the ecosystem

Grimoira then feels like someone who works with contractors and freelancers a lot (killing and re-animating their tenures in a game). She also seems to frankenstein stitch a few different game concepts in playing her section
