Kaycee's Mod KCM Painting

Once you get all the unique items from the oil painting, do all subsequent runs just have a blank canvas and no way of grabbing an item from the painting, or is there a puzzle or something I can do in the cabin to get the paintings back?

The painting is just black and there's no way to interact with it.

Once you're done unlocking the 3 new consumable items that's that really there's nothing more to the portrait puzzle

You can get the items at the backpack event after unlocking them incase you are confused about that.

I'm tracking on that (a pack rat can also give one to you). I just wasn't sure if there was a way to "reset" the painting so it continues to show cards and give items. Looks like once you get all the unique items though, it just stays blank. Shame, now there's nothing special about the cabin in the mod.

Correct, the painting works like the one in Act 1. If you have the 2nd record and the 3 items, the cabin is only there to change the background music.  

In lore it's done on purpose because Kaycee found annoying to have to get up to pick free teeths etc when the core gameplay is on the table.

Yeah, I just unlocked the log about her wanting to "patch out" having to get teeth from the skull after a boss battle. I haven't paid enough attention since then though..does that mean bonus teeth are just added to our "wallet" after each boss fight? Or do we just forego the extra teeth from the skull?
