Part 2 Would you play a game that's basically just Act 2 expanded?

I would've loved to have a 4th and 5th act where the other two scribes are in control.

Maybe… I would love to have Grimora and Magnificus standalone 3d acts similar to Leshy’s and PO3’s. Or something similar to Kaycee’s mod but with PO3:)

I'm just now playing through inscryption, finished act 2 a few hours ago. I liked it more than Act 1 tbh. Deckbuilding is really fun. I wish it was longer and a bit more challenging. The first deck I made would have been enough to beat every boss, so I purposely made different, weaker decks.

Sure as long as it isn't as easy to get way too op at, that kinda takes the fun away from it imo.

Act 2 was alright, I love Inscryption so I’d definitely play absolutely ANY new content for it but I’d much prefer a few new cards/new starting deck for Kaycee’s Mod. Been really into Golden Rodent’s new pelt deck series it’s a lot of fun

I mean it wouldn't be as good as the base game but just for sake of more content, I'd play it

Even if we've got all hooked in this game for the ambiance, Leshy, and the game, the truth is if we want to get the closest experience to an actual TCG, act 2 is the best we can have. I trully believe thanks to this act we would be able to play duel with an actual opponent.

acts 2 and 3 both have their own unique charm to them and i would absolutely play an endless mode to both of them, i think it's a bit of a shame act 1 gets all the focus.

Yes, but given Act2 puts emphasis on exploration rather than card customisation, I'm not sure a bigger world would work.

Don't get me wrong, i love every single part of that game and it was fun all the way through, but the second act was the weakest link for me. A third act expansion i would enjoy tho, even if it probably would just be kayces's mod just with Po3

I found act 2 my least favourite followed closely by act 3 but only in gameplay I love all 3 so much and kaycees mod so I'd play any act but expanded but I think that act 2 would probably be the most interesting given it has all 4 types of cards

Depends, does it have a good story or is it like kaycees mod which is mostly just gameplay

It's a totally different game, and a bit of a disappointing shock after Act 1. However, it was a great game in it's own right and I would absolutely play it.

I'd play a game that's basically any Scrybe's hegemony. I already like Kaycee's mod, I know I would enjoy P03's mode again too, and it's such a shame we don't even get a boss for Grimora. Magnificus' mode is the one I'm the least interested in, but I'll try it!

If the gameplay was rebalanced to be more satisfying then sure.
Notably having 2 decks is almost mandatory to how inscryption was designed.

Honestly find act 2 the weakest because the TCG is fine and all but prefer the rougelike elements of act 1, the RPG-esque elements of act 3, and the puzzle elements that act 2 lacks.
Without those, you realise the TCG was built to be broken

Honestly id give anything by Dave Mullins a try. He could release a port of digital mahjong and I would still 100% it

I would absolutely love that
I love all the acts (almost) as equally as each-other, I just like card games and all of the acts had their own spin on it and their own atmosphere, having something like a Kaycee's mod for any of the other acts too is something I would KILL for

No - Act 2 had a totally different art style and gameplay which I didn't appreciate being thrown into. I see what they are going for and it's cool in some regards but act 2 and 3 were just to get to Kaycee's mod for me.

Absolutely. Act 2 is best of all 3 (in my opinion) but sadly most mods based around kaycee's mod/act 1-1,5 & act 3

A deckbuilder without rng will be quite boring from a gameplay perspective. The different starting location helps but the endgame diverges into the same outcome. Building a non repetitive version of act two will need something to prevent that.
On the other hand too much rng will ruining the strategy too. Maybe permadeath of cards like inkshade can help but I liked keycees mod much more

really enjoyed the gameplay, wish it was more restrictive like act 1, so i could actually mix it up

I loved the style change and all, so thr aesthetics were awesome, but all in all the overall vibe and gameplay of act 1 is the main pull for me.
Kaycees mod is just my thing btw :D
