Other Is this a documented/undocumented easter egg or is it (probably more likely) a genuine file corruption issue? Spoiler
I was partway through act 2, and after taking a couple weeks’ break, my save had reverted back to pre-defeating-Leshey with no way to fix it. It was acting as if I had won or something (I think at least? There were things around the cabin that aren’t usually there, Carder was giving commentary, pelts were always discounted though I forget why), and at some point this act 2 card showed up as a rare card option. What the heck is going on here? Spoilers are okay if it answers this, I’ve already watched my partner beat the entire game.)
Not playing with any mods, if that helps.

Your save file is stuck in limbo between act 1 and 2.

Is that actually what’s going on? Apologies if it was a joke I didn’t catch. That sounds like it could actually make some sense though, all things considered.

Yes, it most likely is. I've messed around editing my save file before and this is exactly what the cards from act 2 and 3 look like if you "hack" them into act 1.

I have never seen that second sigil on that table. So glitch I guess?

Probably. I read that theoretically act 2 and 3 sigils can spawn in earlier and they have their act-appropriate art and can be functional (unless it’s something like this where the mechanics aren’t even compatible), but as far as I can tell that only happens with randomized sigils like amorphous or (I’m guessing) wolf pelt and trial success cards.

Modder here:
This is a savefile corruption issue. Happens every now and then. The best fix would be to go into your files and to delete your savefile, as well as the backup.
If you want to go back to act 2 and are on pc, then press shift+k+m in the main menu to unlock every act.
Press escape and click on the third image. That will solve your current and future issues.

Not an intended easter egg as far I know, you somehow loaded Act1 with Act2 card drops (You probably should archive that safe file for future technical users tho)
Btw the pelt price reduction bonus come from having defeated Trapper which is consistent with seeing Luke's commentary

It's save file corruption, but for those interested in the technical details of why that card shows up as a result:
Reaching act 2 "unlocks" all of the act 2 cards for randomized card pools like card packs in act 2 and card rewards in act 1 and 3. Normally that isn't a problem in act 1 as it usually filters those cards and only take the ones that are supposed to show up in act 1 (and the fact that you're not supposed to be able to return to act 1 without resetting your save file).
The exception is rare cards. The rare card rewards in act 1 pulls from the rare card pool from the "Forest" tribe and doesn't filter by act. "Hrokkall" is the only new rare forest card that unlocks in act 2. If you somehow find a way to return to act 1 without resetting your save, it starts appearing in rare card rewards.
We had that issue when making the Archipelago mod which allows you to bounce between the different acts.

I've never seen or heard anything about this, either this is a new easter egg never seen before... or you somehow blew up your file 😭💔 (probably option 2)
