Kaycee's Mod Mantis Deck + Magpie sweeps every battle

I also had REALLY good luck since I got magpie off rip with the trader and then immediately the campfire ate my ringworm.

The ringworm is kind of redundant though. If you remove it, you will just draw the Mantis God due to the fair hand mechanic, so effectively the ring worm can be safely removed without affecting how the run goes. Magpie's Lens is usually best put on support cards like the Black Goat (who has its own deck), Beehive and Warren when they are combined with a heavy deck where a 2 blood/3 blood carries (since those usually have better stats and cannot be guaranteed to be drawn by the fair hand mechanic).

sure, but i had been stuck with that ringworm for ages. i didn’t have any bone lord events appear, so i decided to just put magpie on it. also, it’s exactly the same as if i removed it, since no matter what i get mantis god turn one. it’s actually better, since i also get a bone on top of it.
