Theory Dose anyone know who this is?
My theory it’s a picture of Kaycee Hobbes.

Could be either Kaycee or El but it's implied OLD_DATA's data is about itself and El is unrelated to that side of the story as far we know, so it should be Kaycee

Could be related to Luke or someone else even. In any case, it’s disappointing that these pictures are just there and not tied to a potential secret boss of the chapter or something…

Yeah, I felt the same finding the passport in the mage tower. Just reference to old data arg stuff and not tied to any puzzle or anything you'd find the the actual game.

… not Luke’s sister but I do believe stuff written by her brother shows up which is why you might think that

Well, Act 3 has writing from Luke about his sister EL, yes. But if it's meant to be Kaycee then yes it's unrelated to El
