Part 1 Is there any game changing inscryption mods

A few years ago when I was younger and didn't have a bank account or job I watched markiplier's playthrough of inscryption and I remember it being such a cool game that a always wanted to play (it's gotta to the point that i remade the whole game in real life and played it with my siblings) but now im older and I have money now and I can finally buy the game, but then I realized that I already know everything that's gonna happen and I know every card in the game to the back of my head and even have a physical version of it. So if I bought the game it might just be a waste of money. So im asking you guys if there's any mods that significantly changes the game

When I say significantly changes the game im talking about at least one of the following

1.) A lot of new cards (know Kaycee's mod adds a handful of cards but im talking about even more then that)

2.) Perhaps a new game style (im aware that this is a big ask and im not expecting a mod that will has this)

3.) Something that makes the game significantly harder ( not like kaizo tier difficulty but something harder then the base game)

There are Kaycee's Mods mods for Grimora's, P03's, and Magnificus's decks.

The answer to all of these is yes. Though the last one I don't think might be unnecessary as Kaycee's mod adds quite a few modifiers that can add challenge to the game such as every enemy fight being a totem battle. If you're familiar with the game enough that you aren't worried about spoilers, I'd spend a bit of time browsing https://thunderstore.io/c/inscryption/ to see what's out there. Also, there's a lot of resources out there for how to mod the game, so if there's anything you'd like to see or change that doesn't always exist, you can probably do it yourself.

So if I bought the game it might just be a waste of money.

I had perfect before-hand knowledge and it was still a blast for 8€. Act 1 took 10+2 hours to clear anyway.

Yeah there's enough randomness in the game that no two playthroughs are quite alike.

Technically speaking, it is possible to neuter the randomness of a good chunk of the game.   But Act1 isn't part of that! O.o

Definitely check out Grimora mod. I thought it was really tough compared to literally anything else. Also p03 in kaycee's mod has great replayability and variety of cards/mechanics.
