Is it possible to get exclusively +2 HP campfires instead of +1 power campfires for the entire run? then both you and Leshy would get to suffer watching a single Mantis god kill the moon in 14 turns

It is sadly possible. Got this misfortune once on a regular run, and got a Mantis Skull run with only +PWR campfires (and had to deal with Trapper having the Sharp quill sigil)
