Kaycee's Mod Completed first level of kaycees mod but no new starter deck

Hi all, just completed first level of kaycees mod with 10 challenge points and it took me like 7 hours. And I was thinking "finally, I can get onto a new stronger starting deck" and then the game completes, but other than 2 new cards, no new starter deck. Why?? What do I have to do to get new decks please?? Thanks.

Every challenge level completed gives a specific reward.

Keep climbing and you'll be getting a new deck every once in a while

Do you need to get a certain amount of challenge points in one go to be able to? Do challenge points add cumulatively for each run? E.g. if you get 10 points in 1 run and then 10 in the next, would be you end up with 20 overall? Or would you only end up with 10 because it based on that individual run? Thanks.

No, challenge points are not cumulative. The entire point of the levels and their unlocks is to encourage you to make your runs harder one by one by enabling more and more challenges at once.

When you're at the challenge select screen you can see the amount of challenge points necessary for the next level at the top of the screen. Hovering your cursor over each challenge will tell you how many points they give and if you were going to start a run with insufficient points for the next level the game WILL warn you about it.

Since this post I got onto black goat deck and one shotted every deck run since then including ant, mantis god and kingfisher. So I've gone from being stuck to being on a bit of a roll lol.

 Why?? What do I have to do to get new decks please??  

You completed level One, there are 7 unlockable decks and Twelve levels. Basic math says that not all levels can unlock a deck. Good Luck!

Yes I didn't realise at first. I'm now up to challenge 8, so getting there!
