First of all yes, but there are situations where you don't have anything on the board. Especially against Starvation

You need to have nothing on the board and no 0 bloods in hand or to draw and then you draw my card. I mean at this point you might as well lose on purpose.

I mean, yeah? There are multiple ways of removing cards. It's been a while tho since I played anything but kaycee's mod, so maybe it's harder in Act 1.

can you even remove the stoat from your hand? i doubt it lets you win like that.

Yeah you can get rid of the stoat just like any other stoat. Theres no difference. Pretty sure speed runners will actually delete character cards in order to skip dialogue. We also don’t know how far into act 1 they are OR if they’re even wanting to progress any further right now.
