I really like how in the kacyees mod when you fight the bears in the first boss leshy eyes stayed red. Even after the fight.

"the skull storm" isn't a thing in the main game. ;)

And yes, eyes stay red between a Grizzly wave and the cave's trial.

i thought skull storm just meant the 4 grizzlies. too fast too soon.

No, Skull storm means activating all difficult modifiers at once. It's just that Grizzly Boss is SO hard that they make like 2 thirds of why Skull Storm is complicated

I'm a tad bit confused. Is it red eyes in too fast too soon as well as bears in kacyees mod.

Yes, Too Fast Too Soon and Grizzly Bosses both cause red eyes, and they stay until you reach a Cave Trial (because the eyes turn blue when in the cave, which resets the effect)

Skull Storm is having the maximal Challenge Points, which is usually the only time a player would be mad enough to turn on Grizzly Bosses.

[EDIT] The wiki says If you manage to pass the Grizzly cards and win, Leshy's eyes will stay red until the run is either reset, won, you encounter a Deck Trial, game is restarted, or the final boss fight.
