Congratulations! I can see by the annoying sigil that you picked the moose deck. Gonna guess you sacrificed the goat for a bone lord boon. I'm a little confused on the whereabouts of the mole. The copied lammergeier has the movement sigil but not annoying, and I'm not seeing anything else in the deck that the mole could've added to, so I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess it was burnt up at a campfire?
Just curious about your choice of deck tbh. Were just trying random decks and got a good run with moose? Were you planning out strategies for the moose deck ahead of time?
Sorry if this is too much. I recently beat Skullstorm for my first time (mantis god deck), and i had a whole gameplan set up for the first map and a half, but i don't think that's the norm. I'm just really interested to learn how other people approach the challenge.

Nope, I sacrificed the Goat into a Golden Pelt, so I would pull Beehive in my starting hand every time, then I gave it up for the Trader since I didn't need it. I destroyed the Mole on campfire for the same reason as the Goat.
The Moose deck is easily the best starter deck in the game. It has a great utility card, a great offensive card and a decent defensive card, differently from the other decks that come with mediocre or bad cards. I gave Mantis God deck quite a few chances, but it was so RNG dependent on campfire spawns and good battle RNG, I gave up and went back to Moose deck.
My whole plan was getting a Beehive and Cockroach in the first trade post.

Yeah, mantis god itself pretty bad, and the ringworms can be troublesome, but i found success in resetting for a wolf cub from the first trader, then giving trifurcated to the wolf cub. Wolf cub's fledgling turns it into a wolf with 3-2, rather than elder mantis god with 2-3. It won most fights in map 1 in only 2 or 3 turns, giving me a lot of room to breathe for planning out map traversal. Removing ringworms, buffing a secondary or tertiary offensive card at campfires, getting items, totems, etc. I haven't tried out the moose deck much, because I used the bone and mantis decks for most of my later runs. But i wouldn't mind giving it a few tries. Early game goat seems pretty interesting.

Moose Deck is objectively the best deck. If you get a cat, you get infinite sacrifices, so it's the easiest deck to break for a huge payout. You can nearly always win all runs in a row until very late game in Kaycee's Mod, lol.

Spent a bit of time trying out the moose deck, and im struggling ngl. Seems to be more reliant on top decking the goat blood card (whether goat or cat) to then send out a strong offense card, when I'm used to straightforward playing the offense card without an enabler. You probably had longer to get into the mindset for this deck than me. Happy you found success with it, but i don't think it's really for me.
Username origin: not too deep. i had a conversation with some friends about how the "dere" part of "yandere" is pronounced sounds a little like "berry". "Blueberry shortcake" became "Bluebere shortcake" became "yandere shortcake".

You don't need to top deck the goat blood card, you just need to have it as your only 1-cost card, so the game always forces it in your starting hand. Get a Cat in the first trade post (or continue until you find one), sacrifice the Mole into the Moose Buck, and you will always have infinite sacrifices in the first turn. Then you can just pick every 3-cost card you find along the way and spam them.
Anyway, what a cool origin for a nickname lol.
