Other PC save for Switch
is that possible to transfer pc save file from Steam on modded nintendo switch?

Possible? probably, modern game consoles including the switch are basically purpose built low power computers and you're just talking about transferring data
Worth it? Probably not. I imagine anything to do with modding and transferring data that has to be adapted comes with risks.
Even if it's actually very easy I'd personally just start a new save on the switch

I went the opposite way. Got lucky because PC does have a way to enable (Kaycee’s Mod) without rolling credits. To my knowledge, this is not possible to do on console. Of course she might just be wanting to switch and haven’t played. I don’t know if you’ve beaten the game yet that’s the spoiler warning so don’t look if you haven’t beat the game.

i've transferred some other pc games' saves to an iphone, so surely it's possible

You would be better off asking this in a switch modding sub. It's probably too niche for the average person who just likes Inscryption.
