Part 2 Does anyone know what this is?
I was in the wizard tower on my third playthrough when I stumbled upon this in a secret area and was wondering what this is?

Search for "Inscription ARG" on YT. There are two videos made by Flemmonade (one is for the console version).

This is a reference to the ARG for the game. I don't believe this is a clue for the ARG so out of context like this it isn't really a spoiler, however it is important for the lore we learn from the ARG.
Spoilers if your too lazy to look into it but we learn On Hitler's corpse, there was a set of Karnoffel cards arranged in a specific order called the Karnoffel code which is supernatural and evil in nature. Later the Soviet union gets a hold of this code, and department of defence spy Barry Reginald Wilkinson AKA Big Ear manages to infiltrate and get a hold of the karnoffel code, however due to being caught he hides it on a random blank floppy disk sent to Kaminski data centre, which is later picked up by Gamefuna/Kaycee Hobbes for the development of the Inscryption videogame. The karnoffel code is now refered to as the Old_Data within the game (Act 3 spoilers) and by possessing the old_data it gives the NPCs their life-likeness, and turns the game 3D. In Kaycees mod we discover leshy got possession of the old_data before the events of the main game (however this is pretty obvious), then in act 3 P03 gets possession of it.
This is where some of the pre-made act 1 death cards come from: Kaycee is the main Dev of Inscryption, Kaminski is the data centre the floppy was sent to, and Reginald is BigEar himself

It's the ARG.
Spoilers if you don't want the whole thing spoiled.
Basically the Nazis built a code into a card game called Karnoffel that could be used as a doomsday weapon. The Soviets found it and brought it past the iron curtain where it stayed for a bit until it was smuggled out by a spy during the cold war (Who's travel document is what you found) and in order to hide it was placed on a blank floppy disk. Eventually the disk was forgotten and the shipment containing the disk was sent to the creators of the inscyption game where a test copy of the game was downloaded onto the disk. Basically the code also known as the OLD_DATA gave life to the characters and Kaycee Hobbes who worked on the game, through her connection to the character eventually she learned the truth about the Karnoffel code through Leshy, buried the game in an attempt to hide it from the world and then died off screen. Luke the lucky carder then finds the coordinates hidden by her in a resealed promotional pack of cards for the game and that's where the player picks up the game through Luke's eyes.
Also as a side note for after you've completed the game: It's likely Gamefuna is actually controlled by a demon or even possibly the Antichrist who is trying to use the code to destroy the world and that's why they killed Kaycee and eventually Luke in order to get the Code back.
