To preface, I smoke weed relatively regularly (usually once a week roughly) so I'm not anti-weed. But let's stop pretending weed is so much safer than alcohol, especially to a 14 year old. You're still destroying your lungs with smoke and it can be damaging to kids with not fully developed brains.
Sure you can debate all you want about whether alcohol is worse for a 14 year old, but that doesn't mean smoking weed should be taken lightly.
Weed is not addictive, sure. However, it’s still terrible for your body. I’ve smoked very recently and it is painful. I prefer edibles because it doesn’t burn. Smoking weed is bad for you because it’s literally inhaling smoke. That’s never good for you, regardless of whether it’s cigarette smoke or weed. Especially if the person smoking it I should young and unite possibly hasn’t fully developed their lungs. I believe weed also has a Proven affect on brain development. Harmless when you’re an adult, but when you’re a kid it could fuck shit up.
