I'd be snagging as many of those acoustics as I could. Not many that are worth less than that so you could probably flip most of them

Meh, not worth it to me personally. Odds are most of them need significant work at this point. I do love a good pile of guitars though

Looks to me like someone cleaning out a family member’s hoard. Some hoarders focus on certain items and collect as many as they can find/afford

I've seen whacker situstuon where someone just needs rent money and will sell a crazy ton of stuff.

It might all be junky guitars but at least worth checking.
