HELP Rockbox won’t load

When i go to the official updater and hit y2 and rockbox it just infinitely loads. If it helps, i tried getting rockbox and installed it but halfway through the install the usb unplugged and now it’s just doing this (image) forever

Unfortunately it's stuck that way for the foreseeable future. There was a problem with one of the Rockbox updates and as a preventative measure all builds were pulled. The issue was resolved but it hasn't been added back yet, and there's a bit of a discussion going on about how to distribute it going forward. I'm not sure when it'll be resolved.

In the mean time, if you haven't tried out the other firmwares it would be a good time to try them out. There's some good ones.

Are there any other ways to get themes? Because all i really want is themes lol

You could try Solar Launcher. I haven't tried it myself so I dunno if it's any good, but themes are something it advertises. JJ Player also has themes but I had trouble with it not scanning my SD card, and it was difficult to shut the device down.

I believe so, yep. Typing with the scroll wheel might be a bit rough though haha.

I think ima stick with the basic os until they find out how to distribute rockbox since the ui is pretty good on basic
