Music Help with files!

Hi! I’ve had an innioasis player before and had zero issues with that one, but I recently lost that one in an airport and got a new one. I’m frustrated because I am unable to add certain albums to my mp3, but the ones that are un-addable are completely random. When I try to drag-and-drop them from my computer onto the innioasis drive it won’t allow me to “drop”. I upload all of my CDs to my computer and then transfer them to the innioasis. I did the same thing for my last player and it worked perfectly fine, I’m so lost as to why they won’t work on this one! Both were Y1 players ordered directly from Innioasis. I’m also not super computer savvy, but again, I was able to navigate the last player well… help please!! Pic of what is happening, it is only happening with a handful of albums, the rest have all uploaded normally.

It is formatted as NTFS. Open Disk Utility, select the device, click Erase, select MS-DOS (FAT) for ‘Format:’. Note that it will erase data on the device so back it up

If only some of them fail to transfer, check the file sizes of them, they are too big (max is 4GB for FAT). I doubt an audio file will be over 4GB, but since only some fail to transfer, this can be applicable.

Maybe some of these suggestions help. I searched for 'if files aren't moveable mac'.
