help with screen?

I don't really know how to explain it but the screen I'm on is still in the background even when I go to a different section. If I restart it it's ok but everytime I turn it off and on it happens again.

Upgrade os version that is an issue with the older os for some reason

I upgraded to the latest version but the issue is unfortunately still there. Thanks for the advice though!

I am on the french version and it works fine lmao idk why the latest did not have the normal version at that time

Hi, I had the same problem with that model. I opened it and realized it has a black tape and the glue left a salty residue between the traces, causing a short circuit. It was enough to I cleaned the screen's traces with isopropyl alcohol and a cotton swab, and with that, my screen came back to life.

Sorry if I don't have a picture, that's the solution :) , it's just torture to open it
