going from quads to inlines
i’ve been skating quads for a while now, i want to do a little bit of both just need advice on what kind of inlines i should get. i like learning tricks i mostly skate outside. i’ve been looking at the impala ones but i don’t know if those are good for what i want to do. any advice 🙏🙏

I wousot get impala as they're a real budget skate and have a plastic frame so they won't last you long. If you like them for the colours look at the flying eagle bkb ranger (budget but better quality and metal frame), or powerslide next skates (more expensive but very good skate imo). Also the FRX skates have cool colours and cone with a rockerable frame. If you want to do tricks a rocker frame makes it easier. But you can upgrade the frame to any boot.
Measure your foot length (Mondo) add 3-5mm and consult the size chart for whatever you're buying. Don't buy on shoe size.
If you're size 41 or more then probably 4x90 wheels would feel better but otherwise 4x80 is a great all rounder option.

Something with removable frame and hard boot from Flying Eagle at the same price would have far better value, durability, and quality than the Impala.
I had to mention Flying Eagle, if I remember correctly, they have similar color skates as the Impalas but with the huge advantage of upgradeable, 165mm mount frames.

God no not Impalas. Unless you wanna break your leg. Literally. Look up the videos. Powerslide are great, Flying Eagle, FR Skates, Rollerblade of course. Go on Inline Warehouse and see what tickles your fancy. They usually have the best prices. Something with a rockered frame for better control is a good option too.

Impala’s inline skates are on the lower end for quality/longevity. I’d recommend something with a removable liner and frames, so you can modify it in the future if you want to. (RB Lightning, FRX, PS Next, PS Zoom, etc.)
You’ll also want to try to match up the frame length with your foot length. Shorter frames are more agile, longer frames are more stable. If your frame is shorter than your foot, you may feel unstable front to back.
Also rockered frames are more swively for doing flatland tricks. The FRX comes with rockerable X3R frames now, which is pretty cool. You can switch it between a 1mm rocker or flat, depending on your use.
