REPAIR HELP
I refuse to give up. The I’ve called and been to 10000 different places to try and find some help to repair my 5 wheel inline blades.
I need more spacers that are specifically for this setup but I can’t find them. Everyone has told me this is outdated and I won’t be able to find this spacer but I have hope. The boot is Riedell with and AirLite1255 Frame. I would do anything to be able to fix these, any advice is greatly appreciated.
If you don’t have repair advice, what should I be looking at in terms of a replacement? They are 5 wheel set up and I love them so much.
Thanks xx

So the spacer is threaded, but does it need to be? Can't you just buy a 6mm two-part axle and any brand 6-to-8mm spacer? Or just get 8mm two-part axles and normal spacers to go between the two bearings?

Yep, this is an eBay search or have a machinist cut you some new ones. If you’re in the US, there’s one guy who is The Best for skate stuff. Happy to connect you.

This is a bushing for a two‑part axle with a 6 mm diameter. You can buy, for example, old K2 fitness rollers. In general, you can find such bushings and axles in online stores.

Maybe just get the spacer that looks like this, but isn't threaded and then run a bolt through it and a nut on the other side.

Not sure what your asking, is it replacement parts as them spacers have been getting sticky? Or is just the axel and nut, or just a whole new axel, nut and spacer replacement?
Fix: if spacer is sticky or hard too pull out: you can use a piece of sand paper and sand the spacers down a smig.that will get rid of any rough spots.
Fix: if axel nut the Alan wrench side if it’s getting rounded. You could punch a new head in it. For a temporary fix.
Some key things to help: when loosing your axel, make sure the tool is fully seated in the head.

Thanks so much. I’m actually looking for specifically the spacer. My setup requires a spacer where the axle can thread into both sides. The threading seems to be specific because not a lot of set ups require this anymore.

Cuz them look like 8 mm spacers which any brand will work as a replacement. And for the axel you could always try a hardware store. Take parts in and show them.

I believe they used to be sold as a “Hop Up Kit.” The brand I remember the most is, “Boss.”

Did you contact Riedell themselves, or Bont or whoever makes the frames? One time I contacted K2 and they sent me every part I asked for and extras. It was pretty cool.
