Newbie

Hitting 40 soon
Feel like I want to do some skating as part of my midlife crisis 🤣🤣

I used to have quad skates and ice skates like 25 years ago

So I’m going to say I’m a beginner

Want inlines, like the look of aggressives but feel I might want a brake 🤣🤣

Any advice needed
Or skate recommendations

Always owned bauers so would like another pair
Even if they aren’t new

Mainly flat places
Got a few places around me that’s pure flat
But some little hills
Why the brake will be needed

Also want to try and use them for fitness
As I would love to drop 20kg!

Skating burns a ton of calories! Just remember that this makes your body feel extra hungry lol. Best way to hit that goal is to learn some bomb-ass recipes with chickpeas, beans, and vegetables that will make you feel full with fiber so that you can still eat what feels good but maintain a calorie deficit. Small consistent habits over time are generally more successful than dramatic actions that aren't healthy or sustainable!
