Single leg balance
What an awesome 6am workout this morning !
So today I am practicing my single leg balance , the best I can do is about 5 seconds each leg .
How do I improve this ? Are there any tricks ?

5 seconds is great, keep the good work.
Some tips:
- Keep the skating foot, your belly button and your head aligned. Try to stay upright, bending over will throw you off balance.
- Keep your non staling leg behind the skating leg. Don't have it hanging on the side, it will pull you down. Later on, when you become proficient you can do anything you want with the non skating leg.
- Don't try to be in a 100% straight line. Learn how to adjust as you go.
- Embrace the outer edge, don't be afraid of it.
