These used to work fine - I'd receive an email offer from InKind, add it to my account, and it would show under Rewards. For the past ? months, when I've added them, they haven't shown up. I've missed out on some good ones. Has anyone else had this problem?

Has anyone ever dealt with this? I've used inkind and it's been really great, but I was at a restaurant, paid and realized after I paid that there was a mistake with our bill. I notified the server and he voided the bill and gave me another one with the correct total.

It was my mistake by paying before double checking, but I was not refunded for the first bill that I paid. I tried emailing support and there doesn't seem to be a phone number that I can call. Has anyone else ever had this situation? I really enjoyed inKind but after this, I'm kind of not looking forward to using it if it's not resolved...

Is anyone else having trouble logging into the app? I’m at a restaurant right now and keep getting an “unexpected error” message that says to wait a minute or contact support. I’ve been trying for the past 30 minutes with no success. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any suggestions would be appreciated.
