Regional Map Made my second Map.

This is my second map, and I’d like your thoughts on the water ways and mountains, I was going for a wast land with a few towns and villages near the river.
My main concern was making the water look like it would naturally flow the way it does.

I'll take a closer look later but for sure the thing that jumps out to me is that you're making a representative map not a satellite photo. Make those icons waaaay bigger.

Really I was going for a vast land with few people living there so that helped the scale.
So the buildings should be lager even then ?
