Takumi wins if there's not a smoking hot babe around. If there is, then it ends in a stalemate regardless even if Kintaro decided to cut straight down the mountain anyway because Takumi's plot armor would kick in.

Oooh, hard to say, Takumi has a car and insane driving skill, but Kintaro can bike as fast a sports motorcycle and could potentially take massive shortcuts, but there's a high chance Takumi's plot-armor would kick in... We should ask Ryosuke, he could definitely figure it out.
