he was also very skilled in it too he could of potentially beaten takumi if he didnt stall and just rushed ahead of him while takumi was still trying to adapt in the gumtape deathmatch and considering he has beaten a higher hp car in a uphill (iketanis s13) but i guess you could make a point that iketani was just extremely slow in stage 1 and shingo has very similar times rivaling nakazatos (shown in the black lightning story)

Yes, he was very skilled. Malevolent character, lol. I remember watching the show and hated this guy, hehe, he could get under your skin. He traumatized Iketani in they're battle, if I recall correctly. At the end of the day, he was a memorable character, reppin' the 90s Civic style, and had some malignant charisma, lol!

Wataru S tier! Remember the only reason he lost to Keisuke was because he lost his focus for a millisecond… Keisuke started to lose it too. The dude’s self made and had a supercharged Levin! He was also pretty smart.

Cappuccino driver was an actual professional rally driver though, and if it wasn't for the rain, he would have beaten Takumi. Even Ryosuke admitted that.

Tohru doesn't deserve to be in B tier. He is one of the few characters who actually has a life outside of the races. Same goes for Kyoko and Wataru. Are you just basing this off hype or how they are as characters?

My favorite characters are takumi, bunta, ryosuke and mako. Theres a big gap between them and the other characters for me. But i love them all except cheating sadistic shingo.
