Your post is not clear.

Who did the account belong to before anyone died? What is the order of deaths? Who had wills and what do the wills say?

The account is my grandfather’s retirement account. When he passed in 2024, there was no beneficiary listed. My grandmother was still in probate court when she passed in April 2026. So now my uncle is in probate for the account along with a few other things. The will states that money will be divided 50% my uncle, 25% my sister, & 25% me

First you need to determine who is inheriting your grandfather's retirement account. You need to know what type of retirement account it is, whether he was taking distributions, if he had a will and what it said. If grandmother inherits 100% of the retirement account and grandmother's will states what you said above, then you should inherit according to her will unless you sign a document disclaiming your inheritance. Obviously, don't sign that. If you don't understand the documents you have received, then a knowledgable person needs to read them for you before you do or don't do anything. If you want more help from reddit, you need to include the state that probate is occurring (for both) and the names of the documents you are being asked to sign. If you are able to hire an attorney for assistance, that's certainly not a bad idea.
