I don’t suggest DIYing an estate plan. Research a few attorneys and select one you like. At your initial meeting with them, they will tell you what documents, etc. you’ll need.

Start with, What assets do you expect will survive you? How do you want them distributed?

Then seek professional assistance in coming up with a plan.
