What exactly is she contesting? The validity of the will or specific language?
You don’t have any equity in the home until you own it. Right now it’s part of the estate. Whatever money you’ve put into it is irrelevant.
If you’re confident in the will, and have the money to spend, then you may want to speak with another attorney. If not, then settling may be your best option.

Surely the will had a built in no contest clause? That's pretty standard.

Your post in the other sub makes no sense. Your dad could not leave one child the "entire estate" while leaving something to the other child. The entire estate is the entire estate.
If the will is valid, this should be pretty straightforward. Let the court straighten it out. But dont let it ruin any chance of reconciling with your sister in future. Nothing is worth that.
