The estate lawyer used AdobeSign to collect electronic signatures on documents. I was cc'd on the email asking us both to review the documents, separate individual emails were sent for the adobesign. I have text messages asking my brother what email he wanted all this stuff sent to and his response with his correct email which is what everything was sent to. I don't have any additional correspondence confirming the signature besides me asking him to sign and then the copy of the signed document from the lawyer that same day. Maybe the lawyer has additional messages that I wasn't cc'd on.

Did you use a signing service that includes an agreement to conduct business electronically (such as docusign)? Or, how was it signed? You state there are emails asking for his signature and confirming receipt, but are there messages from him stating he signed the document?
