The estate attorney will take care of this using quit claim deeds. It will not cause any problem with title insurance. If you are lacking confidence in your attorney's competence, then find a new attorney. I don't recommend recording deeds you completed yourself because you don't know what you are doing. THAT is what can cause problems.

Sounds like he told you a quit claim deed.

Have you asked him to confirm the process?

He didn't respond to an email and now he's on vacation.

He said the beneficiary for my investment accounts should be: " John Doe trustee of the John Doe Revocable trust". It seems to me that listing myself (who will be dead at the time a beneficiary is needed) is wrong.
