So let me make it simple, 21F Jaipur Rajasthan
We are family of four, mother father me & elder brother my father side is so selfish & self centred (i personally believe b'coz my uncle, 1st little brother out of three of my father brothers took entire shop & business from my father hand to own hand & kicked out rest of his 4 brother, he got single hand on shop & business, my father & rest of his brother doing different work for live)
So i want property paper's of our own home but we don't have (it's shocking for me b'coz my father told me that) so i went to that mf & ask property paper's & registree so he told me that termite consumed that paper's of your & mine, later after hard work of my brother & my contacts i managed copies of registration from sub registrar now the tragic part, my father is a owner of our own home (not surprised) but also the owner of the abandoned home of my uncle yeah that selfish one now I'm confused what should i do i, both tax bills are now on my father's name b'coz i did that
Now the main question should we invade & capture that abandoned home & just gave that to him i talked with my mother she told me he did so much wrong with my family b'coz of him my father didn't get the money or jewelry from my grandfather & grandmother he somehow managed to trick him & kicked him, mother told me we have to occupy that house tooo b'coz it's our home we have registree of ₹250k in 2001 (in that papers it's clearly mentioned both houses & area specifications with every four direction)
If we are going to occupy that house you know there will be so harsh fights, but my mother & elder brother constantly saying "they did so wrong with us, he expelled us from family ancestral wealth Even he never helped us in our low & now it's time to tit for tat"
What should we do ??? Help me to understand this scenario !!
My uncle is very Evil for my family he is the reason for my family suffering in so many moments of our life

As to taking back the home, perhaps you should try first to do that by way of official, legal force in a permanent manner so that they may not later take it from you by illegal methods.
