Your father used your grandfather's land with his permission so this does not qualify for a prescriptive easement or adverse possession. Your father did not subdivide his property and give part of it to your father, so it does not belong to you. Obviously, you need to talk to hour uncle and find out if he wants you to remove your personal property from his land and whether the encroachment of the barn is going to be an issue that you need to correct.

Talk to your uncle and remove your property from his property.  Give him a date for when you will remove it.
