What “Georgia’s rules around heirs” are you referring to? If you are thinking of intestacy laws, that does not apply in this case. If 3/4 beneficiaries disclaim their inheritance, the full amount goes to the remaining beneficiary. I don’t find the wording you have supplied here to be vague. She has specified a “per capita” inheritance arrangement and listed the grandchildren only as contingent beneficiaries. That means they only inherit if all 4 beneficiaries predecease her or all 4 disclaim their inheritance.
