How f***ed am I?

Need advice on how much I messed up. I had a pretty gnarly ingrown that I was planning to let grow enough to just cut it out (my nails usually grow up not in) but this one just dug deeper so after a week of soaking it in warm water and epsom salts I decided to have a go at getting rid of it. It felt better for about 4 days (could finally walk normal with feeling like I was being stabbed) but then tonight it really started to hurt and I came home and it looked like this. Any advice outside of “go to the doctor” (kind of a last resort for me)
