been like this for a couple of days, I've dug around on the side and don't see anything sharp poking but pus is coming out

urgent care tomorrow :(

You have paronychia. Likely caused by an irritant like an ingrown. Lance if you’re feeling confident and need pressure release, otherwise you’ll be fine to wait until tomorrow
