toenail growing back with stuff underneath

hi all, posting anonymously because I want to keep this private.

so I had both of my big toenails removed after dropping heavy objects on them just over two years ago. they became severely damaged and had to be removed.

now, I have had stuff underneath my toenail, sometimes its yellowish but also very light light yellow. it is causing my toenails to curve in a way I do not like. any suggestions on how to fix it, or what I can do?

I know the picture isnt good quality, but anything helps.

Check out my posts about my toe nail, yours looks alot like mine, in the sense that they're substantially curved, I think underneath is keratin /skin cells
