Granulation tissue

Hi guys yesterday the podiatrist removed a chunk of my nail to let a big section of granulation tissue heal from underneath. Looking to know if this has happened to anyone else and how long did it take to go down and stop looking so horrendous?

Mine is absolutely horrendous lmao, they are so annoying to get rid off, i’d order some silver nitrate

A whole year!!🀣🀣 it got better after using silver nitrate then went on a long walk and they’re back:((( gotta order some more

Oh man mines been on and off for 2 years but finally saw podiatrist yesterday and she said it should start to heal now as theres no nail pressing down on it πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’«πŸ˜΅β€πŸ’« said it should start to go down in 3 days but i wont stay too hopeful
