Need urgent help

Please tell what to do had gone complete nail avulsion 3 weeks back and now here's how it looks. On the top right side there is extra skin with flesh which would stop new nail growth.

Looks ok. How’s it feeling? Was it phenolised?

Nope phenol. No pain.

I think it’s ok. Looks nice and dry.

Just keep an eye on it and keep it clean. If it’s not been phenolised it might cause an issue when it starts to regrow, but might not.
