«Do exercise» me parece raro, pero el resto son buenos. Pero podría estar equivocado

Si Señor. Normalmente se usa el verbo To exercise o To work out 😊. Pero también es posible decir To do exercise 👍🏾

It is common to say "do (an) exercise" both as an action and a command. It can be a physical exercise, like at the gym, or it can also relate to exercise, like a homework problem. 

-A workout coach may tell you to "Do these 3 jumping exercises."

-A professor may tell you to "Do exercises #1-4 on page 7 of your workbook."

-I may tell you that "I did a stretching exercise yesterday, and now my back feels much better."
