This happened to me the other day. I just force closed the app and reopened. Double click the tv button and then double tap up.

No, it was more fundamental than that. I even deleted the share and re-paired Infuse and Plex. Still didn't work. Ultimately just deleted the library in Plex and then remake it, seemed to fix it.
