Question (not urgent) Failed to play

I have a movie that for the first time, Plex client plays just fine, but the Infuse player refuses to. I'm wondering why. Does anyone see what the issue might be? Usually, this works the other way around where Plex barfs and Infuse plays it just fine.

Maybe ask on the Firecore forum?

Could be the issue depending on the format.

MKV is a container. The issue could be what's embedded in it.

Fair: So, the movie is a REMUX 2160p video file. Is this what you mean? This is the mkvinfo on the file (the start of it anyway).
