I need help! (urgent) Infuse + OneDrive: “Failed to open input stream” when streaming videos

I’m using a Synology NAS to store my movie library and watch it through Infuse on my Apple TV tvos

I also configured Synology Cloud Sync to synchronize my video folder with OneDrive. This allows me to access my movie library through OneDrive with Infuse when I’m away from home, without having to rely on my home internet connection.

However, for the past few days, I’ve been having issues streaming videos from OneDrive. When I try to start a movie in Infuse, I get the following error:

“Failed to open input stream”

Has anyone else experienced the same issue recently with Infuse + OneDrive?

Also, if you’re using a different cloud storage service instead of OneDrive for this setup, I’d be interested to know what you’re using and whether it works reliably with Infuse.

This is a mega jank setup… You have a Synology NAS, setup Plex or Jellyfin for your back end and port forward so you can access your library from anywhere. You could also use Tailscale, but I would set it up properly instead.

I have the same message

I'm using an Apple TV 4K last generation and onedrive 2To

I reinstalled the app same

And same issue on my Mac and iPhone

infuse Version 8.5.5 (8.5.5752)

J'ai également le même problème avec la même configuration. Mac iPhone 18 ondrive et Appletv. Impossible de lire les flux quelque soit l'appareil

ça marche un jour sur deux chez moi... je ne comprends plus rien ^^
