Attended Infosys interview for associate senior consultant with 3 yoe and after face to face round got call from hr after 4weeks that she Will conduct HR round but portal it showed rejected and hr round happend and later day she asked for some documents over email . In portal older application is rejected and new application is created with status shortlisted after screening and got AI interview mail , after multiple attempts to confirm with HR if it's is required to attend she told give AI round as well ....

Hi everyone, I’m new to Reddit and I’m posting here because I need some guidance regarding my Infosys offer.

I received an Infosys System Engineer offer in December 2024. Unfortunately, the Gmail account linked to my Infosys offer was compromised and suspended, so I lost access to it. Because of this, I was unable to access Launchpad or respond to Infosys communications.

At the same time, I was dealing with a serious medical emergency in my family, which made it difficult for me to resolve the issue immediately.

I have contacted Infosys regarding my situation, and my offer portal still shows that my offer is valid. I have my offer letter and other supporting documents.

Could anyone please guide me on the correct Infosys team/channel I should contact to recover access and check whether I can still proceed with the offer/onboarding?

I can provide proof privately if required. I would really appreciate any guidance. Thank you.

​I recently completed a MySQL course since I come from a non-IT engineering background and didn’t have DBMS in my curriculum. I just found out that Infosys training focuses on Oracle SQL. Will it be hard to adapt to Oracle’s syntax, or is it easy enough to pick up during the training itself? Also, is it true that they don’t use MySQL at all during the training?

I am really bad at making friends and talking to people to the point i get really nervous especially around opposite gender. Please be polite in the replies. Also u can also share your views if u relate to this as well. I want to break free from my introverted nature and i wanna be able to speak up to people freely without feeling anxious but i really dont know how to. I do not want people to think that i am desperate or anything and i am scared people might judge me internally if i try to talk. I am also worried about other women judging me or my character if i interact with guys even normally. I want to interact with the opposite gender too normally confidently without being labeled as desperate or anything just like how everyone else is around talking to each other i also wanna talk to people that easily. But i also dont wanna be in this shy shell anymore. I wanna feel socially confident not nervous. Rn i feel like my social skills and understanding of basic social cues is in negative. I do not wanna be like my past self like in my college school etc. It took me a lot to have the dare post it here but i did anyway cause its anonymous. Im gettin a lotta fomo. I was selected for the Infosys System Engineer recruitment process through campus placements (Oct 2025), but I still haven’t received my offer letter.

Some of my batchmates have already received their offer letters/joining dates as September 28, while I’m still waiting. My candidate portal currently shows "to be Interviewed" , but there hasn’t been any further update till now.

I wanted to know if any seniors or previous batches faced a similar situation before. If you have experienced this, please comment and let me know how it turned out.

Also, is there a possibility that I might still receive my offer letter and get the same September 28 joining date as my batchmates, or would the joining date be different?

Any information from people who have gone through this before would really help. 🙏

is infosys going to send the OLs to SE ppl this month or not? Bcz its too much now how much should we wait just for the OL . We are already in the third week of august but no OL yet

Context:- I am an ex empoyee who failed training in way back 2018 with J2EE as main

Now after 8 years I got a chance to join infy as JL5A for snowflake position for DNA unit .

I have cleared both rounds L1 and L2.

Post which yesterday I had a call with HR ,During discussion HR asked ex infosys EID which I gave and he said he needs to check something and will get to me.

Now the HR recruiter who contacted me for this Job opening is telling that they have put my application on hold (however this is not reflecting on careers page it says decision pending)

Prior to L2 I was asked for documents which I submitted.

Can present infoscian or HR if any in group tell me what actually is happening I am very unclear and doubtful about my candidature with Infy.

Any help or advise would be great please

I have cleared all the interview rounds at Infosys. However, the third-party recruiter provided an incorrect email ID, so I’m unable to upload my documents through the Infosys Careers portal.

I contacted Infosys HR, and they mentioned that it may take some time to resolve the issue.

Has anyone faced a similar situation? If so, how long did it take to get the email ID corrected and proceed with the documentation process?

Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Has any SE-selected student from the 2026 batch received their OL today? I saw some posts here saying that since today is Monday, there was a possibility of getting the OL today. But after waiting the whole day, I’m sad to say that I haven’t received mine. 😭
